Tanganyika Gold S.A management team comprises of highly capable and experienced individuals that are sourced both internationally and locally. Due to the nature of the business and the objectives of the company, it is dispensable to mix the management team with Burundian managers as they will facilitate the operations of the company.

Our management team has global experience from previous work conducted on the European Continent, Central Asia, The Middle East and African Continent.

Each individual is chosen on the merits of his experience, qualities and attributes that he or she can contribute to the overall objectives of the company as well as their work ethic and professionalism.

Similarly, our Technical team is also sourced internationally and locally in order to cater to the business needs and facilitate the various services of the company. Their experience derives from previous work conducted in Burundi, South Africa, Zimbabwe and other African countries as well as Russia and the former Soviet Union States in Central Asia.

Geological team comprises local and expatriate geologists with experience working for Centerra Gold Inc., Kyrgyzstan and Burundian projects

Drilling team consists of highly experienced technicians and operators with previous experience in Russia, Kazakhstan and Guinea

Mining engineering team has extensive experience with international gold mining projects in Central Asia

Competent person report and project consulting provided by MSA Group (Pty) Ltd from South Africa, an established market leader in the sector
